Outlook 2007 Send Email takes 5 minutes

Using latest Office 2007 Enterprise with Outlook BCM on high end stand alone
loptop...

Office 2007 is pretty buggy.

In Outlook, when I reply and write a new email, when I click send (which
movies it to the outbox), sometimes it is instant (the way it should be) and
sometimes it takes 5 minutes for the email screen to disappear (you cannot do
anything with the computer during this time, but is does ultimately put the
email in the out box and is sent appropirately).

I have notice the same problem with Adobe professional, sending a email PDF
(still ultimatly puts it in the outbox and is sent fine).

Any suggestions?
