Outlook 2007 Send Error 0x80042109

Hello, I am trying to send a message in Outlook 2007 and instead of 1 message
(as it appears in the out box) it says it's trying to send 1 of 3 and hangs
with error 0x80042109 and does not send anything. I am supposing there is are
2 messages in queue trying tobe sent, but they do not appear anywhere for me
to see.

I know it's not my provider becasue I have been sending messages up to today
and can send messages from non-outlook sources.

Any help?
