Outlook 2007 Sending and Receiving error (0X8007000e) Out of memor

Why am i getting this error since I upgraded to Windows 7 and Office 2007.
Can someone help me? I have two user logins on this computer - one outlook
2007 works, the other one does not and displays the error message above.

I would start by deleting/renaming the .srs file that stores your
send/receive settings. Just close Microsoft Outlook and then delete/rename
the .srs file found at c:\users\<userid>\appdata\roaming\microsoft\outlook.

Thank Neo. I did as instructed; relaunched Outlook, and after 30 seconds,
the same error message appeared - still no new messages received or sent.
Something is still broken. What should I try next?

I upgraded my memory to 4 gigs of Ram today thinking the error might have
something to do with that. It has not worked. The maiil set up was copied
from Out 2003 by coping the entire set of outlook files before I changed
operating systems and then reloading them into the appropriate directory.
Again, we did this on a computer that has two log ins. One side works fine
sending and receiving, but the other does not. Any more advise anyone?

Have you checked the account setup/server details? Sometimes "upgrade" can
change these by virtue of the fact new files are inserted. I always prefer
a clean install of an Operating system and starting everything from scratch
so that I can follow my standard checklist to make sure everything is done
correctly/properly.

Oh and I should have also asked, do you have any type of desktop security
(antivirus, antispam, .etc) software installed that can scan e-mail as it is
downloaded/sent. If one does, I usually ask if the problem goes away if you
uninstall it and just use Microsoft's core setup of just Windows Firewall
and Windows Defender under Windows 7.

Define: "correctly/properly" as it pertains to your system configuration.

It doesn't. The error refers to in-memory data structures that are using
system resources. Have you tried a clean mail profile?
