Outlook 2007 sent items not showing

I have a few computers that will not save the sent messages in outlook 2007
sent items. I have verified that all the setting is correct and every other
feature with the application works. Under tools/Option/Preferences/ Email
Options/ “Save copies of messages in sent items folder†is selected. Is there
any other way to correct this problem?
