Why is it now necessary to click on the Shortcuts button to get to your
Shortcuts? Surely the idea of shortcuts is to always have them visible, as I
could in Windows XP (the previous version I used). There I could see both my
Shortcuts and all my folders. Now, as well as Folders and Shorcuts we have
Mail Folders, which don't show my Public Folders, and Favourites, to which my
Public Folders cannot be added. It seems there are now four things where we
should only have two: the Folder List Shortcuts. Get rid of Mail Folders and
Favourites!
