Outlook 2007 - Shrink to Fit Printing

T

Trish

I recieved an email that looks like a flyer with text and pics that in every
other email program will print "Shrink to Fit" so it fits on one page.
However in Outlook the pics and format prints on 4 pages!!! How do I get my
Outlook to print "Shrink to Fit" as well?

Outlook printing kinda stinks. You can open the message in your browser --
click the Other Actions button on the ribbon and then click View in Browser.
You'll have more printing options there than you do in Outlook.

Thanks for the input but my outlook doesn't have that ribbon you're talking
about. It actually has the appearance of the classic look (pre vista) Is
that because of the Business Contact Manager? I searched through the help
feature and couldn't even locate info on viewing in the browser. Thanks for
any help you can give!

I don't run BCM so I don't know. When I mention the Ribbon I'm talking about
the message window itself, not the main Outlook window, which doesn't have
the Ribbon. If you don't have a Ribbon on the message window either, what
options do you have if you right-click inside the message body (open the
message first, don't do this from the Reading Pane)?

When you right click on the message it gives a complete list of options -
but none include opening the email in a browser. As a matter of fact I've
been through the help and every menu and it doesn't give that option
anywhere. So far the only solution I have come up with is to copy and paste
into Word to print, but I can't tell the 600+ recipients that I have to send
these emails to (who are atty's) to copy and paste to print. Anymore
suggestions would be helpful. I'm desperately seeking a solution short of
spending two weeks to do individual attachments and individual emails.....:)
