Outlook 2007 shuts down when opening internal Excel/Word attachmen

I have 2 users on seperate domains which both have this problem with Outlook
2007. I have carried out numerous tests and it only appears to be internal
mails with Excel/Word attachments from either 2003 or 2007..

For one of the users the problem is intermitent and sometimes has no
problems opening attachments..

The Office Diagnostics test come back with no problems.

Any Ideas??
