Outlook 2007 shuts down without warning

After about 8 minutes, Outlook 2007 SP2 will shut down without warning.
no error message, no dialog box of any kind.
this started yesterday afternoon.
there have been NO changes to the computer, no new programs installed
I've run Office Diagnostics, everything checks out fine.
other Office programs are not affected.
any ideas would be appreciated.

Same problem here. Outlook 2007 shuts down repeatedly without warning, without an error message. No dectectable pattern, sometimes when typing a message... sometimes when its running in background & I'm working in another program. Have run Office diagnostics several times with no improvement. Started about a month ago. No significant changes to computer other than updates from Microsoft.
