Outlook 2007 Signature before Stationary

When using both stationary (for a company-promo-message, that is updated
during logon) and signature in Outlook 2007, it is no longer possible to get
the Signature placed before the stationary part (like is was possible in the
past in OL2003 with a registry-setting called OutlookSignatureFirst). Can
anyone recommend me a solution or workaround, please ?
