We recently upgraded to Outlook 2007 and have an intermittent problem with
our signatures. Our default mail format is HTML. Our signature is a
combination of info, links, and an inserted .gif
Internal recipients periodically report recieving email from other internal
users that have a shrunken image in the signature. By shrunken I mean about
1/4th the normal size.
We will go to the senders machine and open the signature editor and the
image looks fine. We create a new email message and the image looks fine.
Recipients will continue to recieve emails with the shrunken image until we
edit the senders signature, delete the .gif, and re-insert the .jpg.
We used this same signature and .gif with Outlook 2003 for a long time.
Any thoughts?
