Outlook 2007 Sorted Column Highlight Color

I use black background with white text (also black color scheme) so the white
sorted column color makes the text in sorted column unreadable. The sorted
column color seems to be hardcoded because it doesn't change with color
scheme or any other settings. The only way you can read text in sorted column
is by changing unread/read message list font color, but it still looks very
ugly and hard on eyes.

I had to go back to Outlook 2003 because of this problem.

How can i change or remove the highlight color for sorted column in outlook
2007?.
