Hello,
I am an Exchange administrator and recently upgraded my Office install to
2007. Outlook crashes each time I receive a message in both Online and Cached
Mode. The Application log shows the following:
Faulting application outlook.exe, version 12.0.6212.1000, stamp 46e03e45,
faulting module scanemal.dll, version 8.0.0.912, stamp 4123f56b, debug? 0,
fault address 0x0000343d.
I have the Exchange 2003 System Tools installed as part of my job fuction.
The only thing I can find on the web relating to this issue is Exchange
System Tools. After some testing, this issue occurs when I re-add the
Exchange System Tools.
Anyone have any suggestions or fix for this issue? I have removed and
re-added Office 2007, removed and re-added Exchange tools, created new MAPI
profiles......and nothing works. Any help would be appreciated.
