I know I'm not alone in this issue as I've found at least one other user
reporting this same exact issue.

Specifically, from our terminal server images in HTML emails are not
displayed. Even adding the sender to the trusted senders list does not help.
If the same exact user logs on to the console session or directly to the
server console, everything works correctly.
Additionally on a message with the html images when they are not showing, if
you try to forward that message on to someone else, Outlook will freeze and
the only way to recover is to terminate the outlook.exe process.
I've applied all of the latest updates availble for Outlook 2007 to no
avail. This does seem to be specific to Outlook 2007 in Terminal Services,
as the problem does not happen on any of our desktops, or as I say if you run
it from the console session on the server.
