Outlook 2007 Stationary Not Available?

Does Microsoft plan some sort of release or fix to add stationary and themes
to the stand alone version of Outlook 2007? My option for this is also
greyed out and not available. I do have Office 2007 (including Word)
installed with themes. How do I get Outlook 2007 to see these themes? I
downloaded some additional themes for Word (from MS online) and I see them in
Word. When I apply them only the font seems to change. No colors or
anything. I did use the color icon with no chamge. I am a newby so I'm
sorry if this is dumb or an old issue. I appreciate any help. Thanks!
