Dear Sir,
This problem annoy me for a long time.
I use Windows XP Pro SP3 + MS Office Suite 2007 with latest service pack.
This problem happen only with MS Outlook 2007.
When I create a new message, and I need to type both English and Thai
language.
When I start typing English and press keyboard button "Grave Accent" to
switch between Thai and English, the Outlook immediately not responding.
I need to let the Outlook force restart and send the report to Microsoft,
but no solution about this problem from Microsoft anymore.
I change the Regional Configure (in Control Panel) of switching between
input language from "Grave Accent" to "Left-Alt + Shift" and the problem is
gone.
So this problem is caused from the "Grave Accent" with "Switch Between Input
Language" of my English - Thai Language with Outlook 2007.
This problem is only caused in Outlook 2007 only, not in Wordl, Excel, nor
Power Point.
Thank you.
Regards,
Neung
