outlook 2007 stops working when I right click emails (Vista)

Any ideas how to fix this, please?

Frequently when I right click emails, the screen fades and I get the Vista
error message to say Outlook has stopped working.

What's logged to the Event Viewer regarding this?
Does it work in Outlook Safe Mode?
If yes, it's probably caused by an addin.

It is early days, but removing the add-ins, as you suggested seems to have
done the trick.
