Outlook 2007 Strips Alt+PrintScreen pasted images

Outlook 2007 strips any images that I paste into the body of the email.
I can't figure out how to stop it from doing that. I have tried changing
from HTML to Rich Text, but that doesn't do anything.

Another symptom is that the image file in my HTML signature, while still
there, is completely distorted.

Firstly, visit Microsoft update to see if there are updates which will fix
the issue
(http://update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate/v6/default.aspx?ln=en-us).

If not, run Office diagnostics from the help menu and see if it discovers
any problems.

If there are still issues, reinstall Office.

I'm fully updated - diagnostics didn't reveal anything.
Would it have something to do with the change in HTML rendering?
