We use Microsoft Outlook 2007 on a Windows XP Professional platform.
Our clients approve our work by sending us emails with a .jpg image of
their signature embedded in the email (not as an attachment, but
actually included in the email. Some of our reporting people get
15-20 or more of these approval emails a day. As a part of their
process our reporting person prints these emails for inclusion the
client's file. The report person may print multiple at a time by
highlighting the emails, right clicking and choosing print; or they
may bring up each email separately and print them. Whenever the
emails are viewed(read in Outlook) the correct signature is shown in
the correct email, but sometimes when the reporting person prints the
emails (either individually or in groups) the emails are printed with
a .jpg signature from another email embedded in the wrong email. (i.e.
Mary Smith's .jpg signature may show up in Joe Black's approval
email. Mary Smith's .jpg signature is actually embedded in another
email). Has anyone run across this? Can you give me some suggestions
for correcting this? Thanks, CBarone
