Outlook 2007 Syncing Issues

I have Office Enterprise 2007 which I am syncing with an IPAQ however I some
cases the appointment appears then disappears. This seems to be associated
with appointment that contain other attendees. If I copy and paste
appointment then it syncs ok. If I delete the other attendees it also then
syncs ok.

Any ideas what the issue is ?
