So I am using the outlook 2007 categorization feature. I have been
flagging/categorizing emails and they were previously showing up in
the To-Do Bar on the right.
A bit ago we went to a new hosted exchange service for our email.
Ever since that I have been experiencing some odd behavior with the To-
Do bar. I assume it has something to do with going to the new email
service, but I could be wrong.
The closed bar that shows the summary of tasks is now improperly
displaying information. It is showing me as having 13 tasks for a
category that has no tasks, and also the color for that category is
not correct. When I click on the To-Do bar to open it, the number of
tasks in that list is not accurately reflected in the overview bar. I
tried clearing the categories of all the flagged tasks, but that did
not affect the overview bar at all. It looks like that bar is pulling
info from some unknown source.
Anyone have any ideas on how I might clear this up?
