Hi all,
I have a user on XP Pro and Office 2007 with all the patches and service
packs. The user's Outlook 2007 is configured as a client for Exchange 2003.
From time to time when she is composing or replying to an email, her computer
temporarily freezes. By freezing, I mean she can move the mouse cursor but
her Outlook becomes unresponsive to mouse buttons as well as keyboard
strokes. If she waits 10 to 20 seconds then all functions come back. Thoughts?
Thanks,
Manny
