Outlook 2007 To-Do List "Sort by Icon" Broken

I am trying to come up with a custom view for my To-Do List, but in doing so,
I think I found that the "Sort by icon" feature of the tasks section is
broken.

I wanted to do a sorting by Complete (descending) and then by Icon
(descending), and then by Due Date (descending).

To my surprise the sort by icon behaves differently in ascending versus
descending.

Is there a fix for this? :-D
