Outlook 2007 Toolbar Problem

I created a toolbar in Outlook 2007. Later, I modified it by adding a
button. However, that button does not appear when I restart Outlook,
but only stayed there for the current session. It is as if the change
did not "stick." I tried again, same result. Any ideas? Thanks,

Is outlook closing completely? Look in Task manager a few min after you
close it.

Outlook writes some files permanently only when it closes, so if you reboot,
make the button, close outlook and it doesn't close completely, it may not
be saved.

In task manager, you need to look on the processes tab for outlook.exe, not
the applications tab.

Oh, and which toolbar are you adding it to? Don't add it to one added by
other apps - make your own toolbar (preferred) or add it to standard toolbar
or the menu bar.

Oh, and which toolbar are you adding it to? Don't add it to one added by
other apps - make your own toolbar (preferred) or add it to standard toolbar

I am adding to a toolbar I created. Here's what I did: added the
button, closed Outlook, checked Task Manager to see if it was running
(it wasn't), reopened Outlook at the button was not there. I must be
missing something here. Thanks,
