Outlook 2007 toolbars

I recently had to reinstall Office 2007 and had it setup in outlook to have
my toolbar floating at the very top og the screen. Now I cannot get back. Can
anyone tell me how to get it back.

Which toolbar? In which window of Outlook?
You can drag and drop the toolbar from the main Outlook window to a place
you like and it will undock when you drag it out of the Toolbar area.

The Quick Access Toolbar can be placed above or under the Ribbon via the
option drop down button at the right side of the Quick Access Toolbar.
