I would like to use Tracking Options so that I can see if the email I send
has been delivered to other people in my organization and whether they have
been read.
I am using Outlook 2007, Exchange server 2003
Tracking Options is set with the following:
Process requests and responses on arrival is checked
Process receipts on arrival is checked
After processing, move receipts to Deleted Items is checked
For all messages I send, request:
Read receipt is checked
Delivery receipt is checked
However, when I check my Sent Items folder, it seems to only work
intermittently when I send to a single recipient and never when I send to a
whole list of people. Is there some other setting that needs to be set?
