Outlook 2007 Trusted senders going to junk mail folder

I installed outlook 2007 on my computer last week. I use VISTA and previously
had Outlook 2003 installed. All of my messages, including messages from the
safe sender list, are going to the junk mail folder. Also, I am getting
multiple messages from the same senders. Anyone know how to fix these
problems?

Not only did you ask this question already, but this time you made it a
suggestioin, which it's not.

So what is the answer? I am currently having this problem; I have verified
that the sender/sender's domain are not on the Blocked Senders List. But
there are 2 emails I get daily from the same sender (coincidentally it's a
report from our online spam filter for two separate email addresses)--some
days 1 of the 2 goes into Junk Mail, some days it's both, and some days it's
neither. Thanks for your help.

Do you have any rules that may be acting upon them? Do you have any
third-party applications integrated with Outlook and scanning messages?
