Outlook 2007 - unstable Outlook Connector link to Hotmail

In Outlook my link to Hotmail via Outlook Connector drops off and I need to
go through Tools / Account Settings / Outlook Connector / Send Receive before
Outlook will reconnect to the Server....very tedious! Is there a way to set
up Outlook to avoid this problem?
