Outlook 2007 update KB946140 won't install

An update KB946140 for Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2007 in Vista
won't install. I keep getting error Message 779, but can't find a solution. I
have read the reply to a similar query below dated 8/17/2008, but I'm afraid
the I just couldn't understand the suggested solution. I probably don't need
the update, but every time I open the laptop, I get a message from Windows
Live OneCare that action is required. It's been going on for months. Grateful
for some simple advice about how to fix
