Happily working on Office 2003 on all machines and got the directive to
upgrade. The first machine took 25 minutes to set up Outlook, moving
settings, etc but finally was up and running. The second machine says it
can't find the Exchange Server, and can't work offline until it connects at
least once. The Exchange 2003 server is in another location but this
machine connected fine on Outlook 2003. Besides flushing the DNS, renewing
the IP address, multiple repairs and reboots - what else is there to try? I
am concerned that totally removing Office 2007 might cause loss of emails,
and other information stored locally.
There are lots more machines to do - but I won't go ahead unles this problem
is solved. Any wisdom I can use?
Thanks,
Mich
