I've seen this complaint before, but no real solution yet: whenever I start
up my computer, and try to open a link in an e-mail (e.g. E-bay favourite
searches), it sometimes takes 30 secs. or more before the link is opened in
IE. Even if I wait 10 mins. after booting and starting Outlook 2007, this
happens. BUT: it doesn't happen all the time. Sometimes, it works just fine
....
I have no idea about the cause of this problem (which is very annoying ...).
