Outlook 2007 use word as email editor

Does this require a license for the word email editor? Getting ready to
purchase and want to make sure to be legal. If yes or no, please send links,
I cannot find any.

I assume you mean you are buying Office or are you just buying Outlook?

Outlook 2007 no longer uses Word for the email editor. The email editor
resembles Word and has most of the same functionality but Word itself is no
longer integrated in Outlook.

The option to use Word as the email editor for Outlook no longer exists as Outlook 2007 uses a special word .dll for editing and not the full Word program.
