We want our support staff to be able to send mail responses as another user
and have the sent item from the mail response to go into the other users sent
item folder.
To test I have a user as a delegate to my inbox and sent items folder. She
has Publishing Editor rights to these folders. When she sends an email as me
she goes to the options tab in an email message and selects 'Show From' to
enter my address and then selects 'Save Sent Item' and in there selects
another folder which is my sent folder. When the email is sent it goes to me
from me, but it is not in my sent items folder. We find it in her outbox.
How can I get it into my sent folder when that is what she chooses to begin
with?
