Outlook 2007 Using too much Processor

I have one user out of 50 who is experiencing extremely high processor use
when outlook is running (35-50%). It is making outlook unusable, I have
turned of exchange caching and disabled off-line use. Makes no difference.
What can I do to solve this problem, short of a service call to MS?

Exchange Server 2003
Outlook 2007 sp2
