Outlook 2007 usually has errors opening its data files.

Most of the tome I open Outlook 2007, it complains that its data files
weren't closed properly, and the files are examined for errors. Is this a
bug in Outlook running on Vista Ultimate?

Try running scanpst.exe and let it check & repair your Outlook data
file.
