I am wondering if the reason Outlook is so much slower (to open and to
update) on my desktop (P4 2.8MHz) than my laptop (Centrino) is because I have
Instant Search active on the desktop machine. Is there a way to disable
Instant Search to see if it speeds up Outlook? Both machines are running with
1Gb RAM on Win XP Pro SP2.
Thanks.
