Outlook 2007 + Vista: "Access is denied" when Send/Receive

Non Exchange mode. I get an "Access is denied" message when I click on
Send/Receive, although it still performs the send/receive. If I send/receive
each account individually I don't get the message. It wasn't always like
this and I'm not sure when it started. Not critical, just annoying. Any
ideas?
