Outlook 2007, Vista, Http-RPC to Exchange 2003 will not work

I have read over 60 articles on this issue and have added registry keys
removed and added back profiles, install certs in numerous places and it
still does not work.

Outlook fails to connect to the Exchange Server. I can do the
https://mail.domain.com/rpc and I get a login prompt. The outlook /rpcdiag is
not helpful at all.

GEEEE I wonder why business are staying away from Vista. I thought Microsoft
would have done a better job testing this before releasing it.

Does anyone have an idea on how to make this work???

So where exactly do you get stuck?
Did you install the certificate of your company already? If it is a
certificate deployed from a trusted publisher you can accept the default
location. If they've created the certificate themselves you'll have to
install it as a root certificate.

So you're claiming that Microsoft has released broken? GEEEE, I wonder how I
got it to work then within seconds at first attempt...

The ssl cert is from GoDaddy. I can connect via outlook web access and I
receive no cert errors.
