Hello all,
I am runing Outlook 2007 and Vista Business at work. I have a multifunction
print/scanner/fax device that I am using to scan-to-email. When the message
is sent, it makes it to the server (verified by using webmail, Thunderbird)
but hangs when the Outlook client tries to download that message.
Occasionally it will EVENTUALLY download 1, but it takes 30-60 minutes to
download a 100k attachment... Other attachments work fine as expected, it's
just the ones from this multifunction device (Xerox 6180MFP-N).
In testing, I've found that Thunderbird downloads the messages instantly as
you would expect... so I think the problem seems to lie within Outlook 2007 +
Vista somewhere. It gives the same problem from multiple computers, so it's
not an isolated incident.
Thanks for your help,
Tom
