Is there any option to print monthly view calendar on Outlookfrom Web access?

Display your calendar, then use the browser's Print option or Windows's
Print Screen option.

the broswer's does not help at all, and print screen take more than three
steps. a lot of users only want single click.

Outlook Web Access is just an HTML view of your Exchange mailbox and is not
an application in an of itself and has no features beyond what your web
browser has. If you can't print with the browser's ability, then you can
print.

We have had similar requests from our users.

When printing the monthly view all the dates vanish so it is not much good,
even with background images on. They dont display in the preview either.

Lots of other web applications provide a 'printable view' - why can there
not be one for the monthly calendar view (like there is for an email) ?

I agree. We use OWA and I use it extensively for scheduling my client
appointments but I would like to print it out. When I try printing from IE 6
it doesn't come out right on the printer. Are there any hints or solutions
coming down the pipe?

None for printing within OWA that I know of. That is IE and Exchange doing the rendering and printing, not Outlook.

With IE7 and Exchange 2007, its not bad if you close the nav pane and set zoom to 50-60% (to fit the current view on 1 page). It's not perfect by any means and is not as nice as printing from outlook, but if you don't have outlook and need a printout, it services.

The user can use Print Screen, open a blank word document, change to
landscape, paste the screenshot, crop down to the calendar, size it back up
and print that. Looks pretty good too.
