Outlook 2007 weekly view

Can I change the view so that
1. half hour appointments aren't displayed over an hour (assuming I need to
stay with the hour view)
2. I can display it on screen in the week view with days in blocks (like the
print view) rather than all the days in columns

1. There is a little 'pan handle' that marks off the actual time. The size
of the text portion can't be changed.
2. The 7 day planner view? Outlook 2007 does not have that view anymore, but
thiso ne works for many people:
