Outlook 2007 - Where did the leave mail on server option go?

I have always just selected the "Leave mail on server" option to read email
on multiple systems. I just installed Outlook 2007 and the option isn't
there under advanced settings.

I have looked everywhere I can think of for it and can't find it. All of
the web help says it should be there under advanced setting but it isn't
there.

In the place where I would normally expect to find it, there is a heading of
"Folders" and a box for "Root Folder Path."

The setting is still there.
When you create a new E-mail account, select Microsoft Exchange, POP3..., On
the 'Add New E-mail Account' window, you need to check Manually configure...
in the lower left, NEXT, Choose 'Internet E-mail, NEXT, fill in settings and
click on the More Settings button in the lower right. Select the Advanced
tab, the leave a copy of messages on server check box is there.
