I installed Office 2007 several months ago and have been using with no
problem at all. Suddenly -for no apparent reason when I shut down or restart
normally (i.e., closing all programs and choosing shut down or restart) -
when I restart Outlook will not open... it gets to a certain point and then
it just freezes. If I try to do anything else, the entire computer freezes.
When I hold the power button to shut it off, then turn it back on, I get the
message that Outlook did not shut down properly and I can open in safe mode.
I do that, but do not have all the functionality. I've put my Office 2007
disk in and run the repair option several times, but doesn't make any
difference. Any other ideas?
