Outlook 2007 will not open or save as my attachements, previews O.

I am using Outlook 2007 and I am unable to open the standard non-blocked
attachments (xls, doc, pdf, etc). I am able to preview the files using the
preview function, but when I double click on them nothing happens and I am
unable to "save as." The copy function works but that is a pain. Anybody
have any ideas?
