Outlook 2007 Will Not Send From Browser

Outlook will not send from IE7 or Firefox. I have it set as default mail
client in the program itself and in the control panel default program option
in vista home premium. I also have "Send immediately when connected" checked
in the Mail Setup tab in Tools>Options. Also have set the scheduled time to
send/receive to 1 minute and have even tried disabling that completely. Ang
suggestions? Thank you in advance.

You mean when sending a link from there? Make sure Outlook is running as
well before opting to send the link.

Outlook Express, Windows Mail, and Thunderbird do not have to be opened to
send immediately. Are you saying that Outlook , as much as the price tag is,
doesn't behave the same way? If so, I am trashing it, that makes it useless
as far as I am concerned, who wants to go through all those steps just to
send a link from their browser? I will stick with the other email clients if
that is the case.

Outlook 2007 sends from IE7 on Vista Ultimate. I used the complete
install of Office 2007.

I am running Vista Home Premium and the only way Outlook 2007 will send is if
I open the entire application. Not cool. First, it wouldn't work in IE7, so I
tried Firefox, however, no success. Every Single other email client that I
have tried does this with no problem, but, no, not Outlook 2007. Sorry, just
a bit irritable about this whole thing.
