I have two problems with Outlook: 1.) When I type or click with the mouse
there is a delay in the type appearing on the screen and with the action
prompted by the mouse. I thought initially this was a keyboard and/or mouse
problem, but this only happens in Outlook; all other programs are fine. 2.)
When I click on the Calendar button (bottom left of the window) Outlook
freezes and no matter how long I wait it does not restore itself.
I've tried uninstalling Outlook and reinstalling but it has made no
difference.
