I have a client using Outlook 2007 that has 2 POP accounts configured. They
are on the same domain:
(e-mail address removed) (default)
(e-mail address removed)
When an e-mail comes to (e-mail address removed) and the user replies, it sometimes
defaults to (e-mail address removed) as the sending account. This is not always the
case - the user reports that by the end of her workday, it gradually gets it
right but it starts all over again in the morning. I have verified that it
is sometimes correct and sometimes not correct.
The only other thing that makes this situation unique is that the
(e-mail address removed) is filtered through spamarrest.com so the POP setting is
different for it. The SMTP settings are the same for both.
Any help is appreciated.
