Outlook 2007 with BCM

Hi

A bit of guidance please

We have various forms of outlook at work including outlook 2007 without BCM,
we would like to start using BCM and I wondered if someone could point me to
the most cost-effective way of doing this. For example I'm not aware of an
upgrade from outlook 2007 to outlook 2007 with BCM, is there? as for
previous versions of outlook what's the best plan.
