Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager using Exchange 2003??

I have a client who wants to implement Outlook 2007 with Business Contact
Manager with a SBS/Exchange 2003. Will this version of Outlook 2007 run
seamlessly with SBS Exchange 2003? Are there any limitations or drawbacks?
Are there any benifits with the 2007 version of Business
