We have a number of Outlook 2007 clients connecting to an Exchange
2003 server. 2 terminal servers that connect via 100 MB LAN, 1
terminal server via T1, numerous laptops that connect both inside the
office via the LAN and from outside the office via Outlook Anywhere.
All seem to have frequent and persistent performance issues. For
example:
Outlook hangs when deleting, previewing, or selecting messages
Outlook freezes and displays a complete white screen when opening
messages
Most of these installations were clean installs, but some of the
laptops were Outlook 03 to Outlook 07 upgrades. All three terminal
servers were clean Outlook 07 installs.
We still have some laptops with Outlook 03 and have none of these
issues.
Does anyone have a recommendation on how I can resolve this?
