Outlook 2007 with Office 2003

Will Outlook 2k7 work with Office 2k3? We are not ready to upgrade to Office
2k7, but the features in Outlook 2k7 could be useful with our IMAP server.

When I installed Office 2007, Office 2003 was replaced. So be careful!

I can install Outlook 2k7 only with out Office 2k7 (I have a separate select
CD for Outlook only)

Define "work". You may lose some functionality between outlook and the
office apps.

FWIW, I would install it on one machine and test it before upgrading all of
the machines - IMAP is buggy and you may prefer how it works in Outlook 2003
(although it's buggy there too). This will also help you to see what
features work in mixed versions and what doesn't.

It works more or less fine
Only backdraw is that outlook2007 works with word2007 as only maileditor -
so if you don't install it you will be missing several functionalities like
autocorrect, tableinsertion, autotext, autoshapes,clipart, wordart,
dropcapitals, equations,styles...
but everything else will work just fine - it's the setup i have here at my
job
